Social Media Manager

Triloke is looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is more than posting pretty things and hoping the algorithm is in a good mood.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and digital culture — someone who understands content, creators, trends, communities and what makes people stop scrolling.

What You’ll Do

- Own social media calendars across multiple brands
- Plan, schedule and manage content across platforms
- Work with writers, designers and video editors to turn ideas into great content
- Write solid briefs for reels, posts, carousels and stories
- Track reach, engagement, audience growth and content performance
- Use analytics to improve content strategy
- Understand what worked, what bombed and why

Who We’re Looking For

You should:

- Have 1–2 years of hands-on social media experience




- Have an excellent command of English, Hindi and Hinglish
- Understand Instagram and YouTube particularly well
- Know the difference between content strategy and a content calendar
- Understand creators, influencers and collaborations
- Be culturally aware, curious and chronically online — professionally, of course
