Sales Manager (Sourcing / Closing)

CTC Budget: Up to ₹10 LPA (Including 10% Performance Variable Pay) + Unlimited Incentives + Employee Benefits

Shift: Day Shift – 6 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday will be working; Rostered Week Off on a Weekday)

_*Experience:*_

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of sales experience (Any Industry) - B2C Sales Experience is a MUST

• Core sales background only

_*The key task of the role is to be part of a energetic sales team and drive business through various activities across the sales spectrum.

_*Cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business

• Staying updated with real estate market trends and gathering market intelligence

• Driving sales through various marketing initiatives

• Ensuring smooth registration, training,



certification, and commission disbursal of channel partners

• Developing and maintaining a healthy investor database through channel partners

• Defining and implementing strategies for property sales

Making effective sales presentations to key decision-makers

• Negotiating and finalizing sales transactions

_*Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
