We are looking for a highly dependable, AI-savvy, full-time Virtual Assistant who can act as a right hand to the founder, manage end-to-end operations, and ensure a seamless experience for our global community.
As a full time resource you are expected to contribute to all initiatives recent and existing within the working hours.
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (45-minute lunch break) approx 9 hrs ( flexible )
~ Saturday:
825 am to 525 pm ( I have a session starting at 830 am every morning )
~Salary is negotiable and based on experience and ability to handle these tasks
Customer Experience & Support
~ Onboard new customers into programs and communities
~ Handle customer queries via email and support channels
~ Manage testimonials and feedback collection
~ Support webinar and event participants (Zoom, WhatsApp groups)
Upload videos (YouTube/Vimeo downloads) into LMS
~ Ensure smooth user access and experience
Content & Design Execution
Create social media creatives using Canva
Rebrand existing assets (slides, PDFs, workbooks, books, JPEGs)
Social Media & Growth Support
~ Post content across:
~ LinkedIn
~ Facebook
~ Twitter (X)
~ Youtube ( upload videos , seo ,create thumbnails )
~ Podcasts (( upload videos , seo ,create thumbnails )
~ WhatsApp Marketing ( create jpegs , manage and post content )
~ Create Linked
