As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building an active and engaged student/developer community, driving participation in our programs and events, executing communication campaigns, and creating meaningful interactions with students.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with students, managing online communities,



coordinating campaigns and events, and using data to improve engagement and conversions.

Community Growth & Engagement

Build and manage communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

Develop strategies to increase community members and active participation.

Create engaging discussions, polls, quizzes, coding challenges and community activities.

Monitor community conversations and ensure a positive and productive setting.

Conduct engagement activities around coding, placements, interviews and career development.

Identify active students and potential community ambassadors.

Track campaign performance, registrations, leads and conversions.

Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to generate and nurture leads through community channels.

Explore referral and student ambassador programs to drive organic growth.
