Position details
Experienced Data Services Delivery Leader with a robust blend of technical expertise and business acumen, responsible for leading the strategy, design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise data engineering, data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms. The role drives data aggregation, reconciliation, governance, and modernization initiatives leveraging AWS, Snowflake, Starburst, and related technologies, while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern data architectures, BI and analytics platforms, and AI-enabled engineering practices, including GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, LLMs, and RAG, with a passion for driving innovation, automation, and engineering excellence through the responsible adoption of emerging technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage data analysis and data integration of disparate systems.




· Create a semantic layer for data virtualization that connects to heterogeneous data repositories.
· Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools as assigned.
· Assist Data Management Engineering Team (either for Data Pipelines Engineering or Data Service & Data Access Engineering) for ETL or BI Design and other framework related items.
· Work with business users to translate functional specifications into technical designs for implementation and deployment.
· Extract, transform, and load large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources into AWS data lakes or modern data platforms like Snowflake.
· Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, documentation, and testing efficiency.
· Design and implement AI-enabled automation solutions, including Agentic AI frameworks, to enhance data engineering, reporting, and operational processes.
