We are looking for a hands-on Junior IoT Hardware Engineer (QA, Deployment & Ops) to join our core hardware engineering team.
In this role, you will be directly involved across the entire lifecycle of our connected medical and cold-chain monitoring devices—from workbench assembly and pre-dispatch testing in our lab to live on-site hospital installations, client onboarding, and Level-1 troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Quality Assurance (QA):
Execute board-level functional testing, firmware flashing, and sensor calibration (temperature/humidity) before device dispatch.
Assist in enclosure assembly, wiring harness checks, and maintaining batch QA logs.
In office Deployment & Client Onboarding:
Travel to client sites (blood banks, hospitals, diagnostic labs, cold-storage facilities) to install, mount, and configure IoT hardware.
Connect devices to local networks (Wi-Fi/GSM), verify live data telemetry, and train lab technicians/staff on device usage and web dashboards.
First-Line Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Act as the first point of contact for client tickets regarding offline devices, sensor alerts, or connectivity drops.
Diagnose root causes (power issues, network coverage, sensor drift) and resolve support issues remotely or via on-site visits.
R&D; & Engineering Feedback:
Support senior engineers with breadboard prototyping, component soldering, rework, and bench validation for new board revisions.
Translate real-world field issues and edge cases directly into design improvements for next-generation hardware.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Applied Electronics, or Mechatronics.
Experience: Freshers with strong academic/hobbyist maker projects or up to 1 year of hands-on experience in electronics/hardware.
