We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Business Development & Fabric Merchandising Executive to help us grow our B2B/corporate fabric business.

The role will involve a combination of business development, customer coordination, fabric sampling, quotations, order follow-up and supplier/production coordination.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in the textile/fabric industry and be comfortable independently following up with customers, mills, processors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

* Identify and develop new B2B and corporate fabric customers.
* Research potential customers, companies, brands and institutional buyers.
* Generate and follow up on new fabric enquiries.
* Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable fabric options.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations.
* Convert enquiries into samples and, ultimately, purchase orders.
* Maintain a structured database of leads, enquiries and customer follow-ups.

Fabric Merchandising & Order Coordination

* Handle fabric sample requirements, lab dips and approvals.




* Coordinate with mills, dyeing/processing units and suppliers.
* Follow up on production schedules and committed delivery dates.
* Track orders from PO → sampling → production → processing → quality → dispatch.
* Identify potential delays and proactively escalate them.
* Coordinate dispatches and keep customers updated.
* Maintain an updated order/sample tracker.

Market Development

* Explore new corporate/B2B markets.
* Develop customer opportunities in India and other textile markets.
* Assist in identifying opportunities in technical/functional textiles.
* Develop relationships with textile manufacturers, garment companies, brands and institutional buyers.

What We Are Looking For

* 2–5 years of experience in textiles, fabrics, textile merchandising or B2B textile sales.
* Valuable understanding of fabrics and textile production.
* Strong communication and follow-up skills.
* Good writte
