Role Description The Quality Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for monitoring and improving service and operational standards across evoque hospitality’s facilities. This role involves conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations to ensure adherence to company policies, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements. The specialist documents findings, prepares reports,



and collaborates with department heads to implement corrective actions and preventive measures. Daily responsibilities include verifying compliance with operating procedures, supporting staff training on quality protocols, and participating in internal audits and reviews to drive ongoing process improvement. The role also requires maintaining accurate quality records, tracking key performance indicators, and providing transparent feedback to teams to strengthen overall guest experience and operational consistency.
