About the Role

DigitalKheti AI is looking for an energetic and business-minded Business Development & Sales Executive to help us convert incoming leads into customers, grow our SoilLink Partner Network, develop B2B sales, and identify new business opportunities.

This role is suitable for a fresher who wants hands-on experience in sales, customer acquisition, business development and channel/partner growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and online meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify potential opportunities.
- Present and explain DigitalKheti AI and SoilLink solutions.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and work towards sales closure.
- Develop and expand the SoilLink Service Partner network.
- Identify new B2B customers, channel partners and market opportunities.




- Approach agri-businesses, agri entrepreneurs, Krushi Seva Kendras, FPOs and other potential partners.
- Conduct product presentations and online/offline demonstrations.
- Maintain lead pipeline, follow-up status and sales records.
- Generate new ideas and strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer and partner onboarding.

Qualification

Preferred:
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales

Also Open To:
- BBA
- B.Sc Agriculture
- Other graduates with strong interest and aptitude in sales/business development

Skills Required
- Strong Marathi communication skills
- Working knowledge of Hindi and English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in speaking with new customers
- Sales and negotiation aptitude
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools
- Self-motivated and tar
