Company Description UltraShip TMS is a SaaS-based logistics technology company founded in 2022 to simplify and optimize supply chain operations. The organization is building a single, integrated interface for Freight Brokerages and 3PLs to streamline logistics workflows.

We are now building our sales organization and are looking for our first dedicated SDR to help create the outbound pipeline that will fuel our next stage of growth. This is an opportunity to join early, build the process with us, and have a direct impact on revenue.

Position: Full time -- Remote

Role Description
As an Sales Development Representative, You will own the top of the sales funnel.

Your primary responsibility is simple:
Find the right freight brokerages → start conversations → qualify interest → create qualified meetings for our Account Executive.

You'll:
Research freight brokerages and non-asset 3PLs that fit our ICP
Execute outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and phone
Qualify prospects based on company size, operational complexity, current TMS, pain points, and buying intent




Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE
Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple channels
Work closely with the AE and marketing team to improve conversion

What we are Looking For
We're looking for someone who is hungry, coachable, persistent, organized, and comfortable with outbound sales.

Ideal candidates will have:
1–3 years of SDR/BDR, inside sales, freight brokerage sales, logistics sales, or SaaS sales experience
Comfort making cold calls
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach
A genuine interest in technology and logistics

Robust Preference:
Experience working at a freight brokerage or 3PL
Experience selling TMS, logistics software, transportation technology, or SaaS
Existing familiarity with companies such as DAT, Truckstop, 123Loadboard, Highway, RMIS, or similar freight technology
