• Build lead-generation, conversion, remarketing and e-commerce campaigns based on client objectives
• Develop and execute testing plans for ad copy, creatives, audiences and landing pages
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
• Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with transparent insights and recommended actions
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns meet agreed business objectives
• Collaborate with creative, content and web teams to improve campaign performance
• Identify tracking, account delivery, policy and disapproval issues and resolve them promptly

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager




• Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns independently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
• Agency experience and Google/Meta certifications are an advantage
