We're looking for a UGC Ads Designer who understands that great creative is measured by performance, not just aesthetics.

What You'll Do
As a UGC Ads Designer, you'll transform raw creator footage into compelling, conversion-focused advertisements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Edit high-performing UGC ads for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Create multiple hook, body, and CTA variations for A/B testing.
Design engaging motion graphics, captions, callouts, and product highlights.
Build ads that maximise watch time,



click-through rate, and conversions.
Analyse successful competitor ads and apply winning creative strategies.
Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers to improve ad performance.
Organise project files and maintain a fast turnaround time.
Stay up to date with current UGC, direct response, and social media trends.
What We're Looking ForRequired Skills
Robust video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention editing.
Experience creating UGC or direct response advertisements.
Solid typography, motion graphics, and visual design skills.
Ability to create compelling hooks within the first 3 seconds.
Understanding of platform-specific editing styles for Meta and TikTok.
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
