We are currently seeking experienced freight brokers for an independent, commission-based opportunity - fully remote.

This is a pure profit-sharing (commission) role designed for self-driven professionals who want flexibility and high earning potential.

PAY STRUCTURE:
20% – 50% net profit share per load
Tiered commission increases based on performance
Monthly bonuses for high-volume and high-margin results




Additional incentives for securing direct shipper accounts

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently book freight across the US & Canada
Source loads and carriers using DAT & Truckstop
Negotiate rates and maximize margins
Manage full end-to-end load execution
Build and grow your own book of business under Klutch Logistics Inc.
(Management is always there to assist in any needs)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 6+ months of freight brokerage experience
Robust english communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close loads independently
Experience using load boards (DAT / Truckstop preferred)
Availability for night shifts (US/Canada time zones)
