Role Description The Admissions Counselor at 4Champz is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admissions process, including providing detailed information about available sports and arts programs, fee structures, and schedules. The Admissions Counselor will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings,



conduct follow-ups with leads, and support enrollment targets through effective counseling and relationship-building. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with coaches and administrative staff, organizing counseling sessions or orientations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support outreach activities and promote 4Champz programs within partner institutions and communities.
