Role Description The Event Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of events from initial concept through post-event follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event logistics, managing timelines, liaising with vendors and venue staff, and ensuring all elements align with client objectives and event themes.



The role involves regular communication with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns, as well as assisting with budget tracking and basic sales activities such as preparing proposals and participating in client meetings. The Event Coordinator will be present during events to oversee setup, manage on-site operations, support guest services, and help resolve issues quickly to maintain a smooth experience. Collaboration with the creative and production teams is essential to ensure that each event is delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
