Job Summary
As a CNC Grinder, you will play a critical role in manufacturing high-precision carbide cutting tools using advanced CNC tool grinding machines.
You will be responsible for programming, setup, operation, and inspection to ensure consistent, premium-quality output. This position is ideal for a hands-on machinist who values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
Set up CNC grinding machines, including tooling, offsets, and adjustments.
Program and operate CNC grinders to meet exact blueprint and customer specifications.
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, prints, and technical documentation.
Inspect parts using precision measurement and quality control tools.
Monitor production quality throughout the process—catching issues before they become problems.
Troubleshoot quality concerns and communicate effectively with programmers and leadership.
Perform daily machine inspections to ensure safe, efficient operation.
Maintain organized, clean, and secure workstations.
