Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South for Senior Sales Executives and Sales Managers. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle for residential and commercial projects, including lead generation, client meetings, site visits, presentations,



and closing sales. Team members will build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing buyers, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options and customization possibilities. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating with marketing and project teams, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. Sales Managers will additionally oversee and mentor sales teams, monitor performance, ensure targets are met, and contribute to sales strategies and market expansion initiatives.
Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or related fields, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
Robust client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to handle high-value transactions.
