We’re looking for a Workday Finance Consultant / Senior Consultant who is collaborative, delivery-focused, and motivated to deepen their consulting expertise, with experience delivering Workday or ERP implementations. This is an exciting opportunity to work across functional workstreams while delivering high-quality, client-focused outcomes.

You’ll partner with clients, project managers, and offshore teams to support end-to-end implementations, ensuring solutions align with business needs. Drawing on your experience, you’ll contribute to solution design, support key decisions, and help deliver effective Workday Finance outcomes.

You’ll also play an important role in troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to problem-solving, helping drive best-practice outcomes for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, engaging with stakeholders, and continuing to build their expertise in Workday and consulting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate Workday functional workstreams across the project lifecycle,



ensuring alignment and delivery progress
Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system design
Work alongside the Project Manager to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to drive outcomes, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and quality, proactively identifying and addressing issues
Lead or contribute to design sessions, testing activities, and process validation to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, applying strong analytical skills to drive effective problem-solving
Clarify requirements, align priorities, and ensure transparent documentation across the delivery lifecycle
