Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Call Center Sales Manager to lead a team of 20–25 Relationship Officers. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing lead utilization, improving conversions, training and motivating the team, monitoring follow-ups, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Preferred who handled credit card sales team or similar role.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise a calling and sales team of 20–25 members.

* Ensure timely lead allocation, follow-up, and maximum lead utilization.

* Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.

* Review calls, lead status, bookings, and individual team performance.





* Train team members in sales communication, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing.

* Motivate and guide underperforming employees through regular coaching.

* Improve conversion rates while maintaining a qualified client experience.

* Prepare daily MIS reports and share performance updates with management.

* Ensure proper and timely updating of leads in the CRM.

* Coordinate with legal, service, and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.

* Identify process gaps and implement strategies to improve productivity and revenue.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in call center sales, telesales, or lead conversion.

* Proven experience managing a team of at least 15–25 employees.

* Strong leadership, communication, training, and motivational skills.
