Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Field Sales Executive is responsible for visiting prospective and existing customers, presenting SnoozeHub’s products, and explaining features, perks, and pricing in a clear and compelling manner. Daily activities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of visits and sales activities,



gathering market and competitor insights, and providing feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and customer experience. The Field Sales Executive collaborates with sales leadership and customer support to ensure smooth order processing and post-sales follow-up.
Qualifications

Ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and present solutions effectively to diverse customers in person.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Comfort with field work, including frequent local travel within the Pune Division and working in customer-facing environments.
Basic proficiency with digital tools for reporting, lead tracking, and using mobile or web-based sales applications.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time and territory independently while following team processes.
