Role Description The Bima Sakhi / CCA role is a hybrid position based in Delhi NCR, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing policyholders, explaining LIC products and perks, and supporting customers in choosing appropriate insurance and investment plans.



The role involves maintaining customer records, assisting with policy servicing activities such as premium payments and documentation, and coordinating with branch staff and agents to ensure timely resolution of customer queries. The Bima Sakhi / CCA also supports community outreach and awareness activities, builds long-term relationships, and promotes financial literacy and protection-oriented products. Regular reporting, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and participation in training and development programs are expected.
