General Manager – Facility Management Services Position
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Facility Management Services to lead and grow the facility management business across residential apartments and commercial premises.
The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of relevant experience, a strong industry network, proven business development capability, and the leadership skills required to drive revenue, client acquisition, relationship management, operations coordination, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy and Market Development:
• Develop and execute the business development strategy for facility management services across residential and commercial properties.
• Identify market trends, new business opportunities, target accounts, and areas for revenue expansion.
• Build and maintain a solid network with property owners, developers, residential associations, facility managers, and commercial property stakeholders.




• Drive market penetration and strengthen the company‘s presence in the facility management sector.
2. Business Development and Client Acquisition:
• Lead the end-to-end business development cycle, from identifying prospects and generating leads to proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover.
• Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers and convert high-value opportunities into long-term clients.
• Identify opportunities for new contracts, renewals, expansions, and additional facility management services.
• Ensure a healthy sales pipeline and consistent achievement of business and revenue objectives.
3. Client Relationship and Account Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and ensure appropriate coordination with internal teams for service delivery.
• Handle escalations and support long-term client retention and account growth.
