Role Description The Mvas Affiliate Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India, responsible for managing and growing affiliate partnerships for Innovera’s mobile value-added services.



The role involves identifying and onboarding new affiliates, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to maximize performance and revenue. The Affiliate Manager will monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and optimize offers, traffic sources, and conversion funnels across online and mobile channels. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product, and technical support to ensure smooth integration of affiliate campaigns and timely resolution of operational issues. The role also requires preparing regular performance reports, tracking market trends, and recommending new strategies to expand Innovera’s affiliate network and improve ROI.
