Role Description The Senior Dialysis Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jagatsinghapur. The technician is responsible for preparing and operating dialysis machines, setting up equipment,



and ensuring safe and effective hemodialysis treatment for patients. Daily tasks include monitoring vital signs, documenting treatment parameters, supporting nephrologists and nurses, and responding promptly to any clinical or technical issues during sessions. The role also involves maintaining infection control standards, performing routine machine checks, and ensuring that consumables and supplies are adequately stocked. The Senior Dialysis Technician provides compassionate patient care, educates patients on treatment processes, and supports the overall smooth functioning of the renal care unit.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Dialysis and Hemodialysis procedures.
Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and monitoring Vital Signs during and after treatment.
Foundational understanding of Medicine related to renal care and dialysis therapy.
