Role Description:
We’re looking for a Mobile Delivery Manager to own the execution and delivery of app marketing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels.
The role requires someone who understands mobile user acquisition, attribution, campaign optimisation, publisher/OEM traffic, app retargeting, and post-install performance — not just campaign setup.
You will work closely with the Business Development, Client Success, Media and Tech teams to ensure campaigns are launched correctly, scaled efficiently, and optimised toward quality users and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilites:




Own end-to-end delivery of mobile app acquisition and re-engagement campaigns
Manage campaigns across Google App Campaigns, Meta, OEM traffic, programmatic and performance publishers
Work with AppsFlyer and Adjust for attribution, campaign tracking and performance analysis
Monitor KPIs including CPI, CPA, registrations, first transactions, ROAS, retention and LTV
Evaluate traffic quality across publishers, sources, geographies and device ecosystems
Manage and optimise OEM / device-level traffic sources
Coordinate with affiliate and performance partners for CPI/CPA-based campaigns
Set up and validate tracking links, events, postbacks and attribution flows with relevant teams
Identify campaign leakage, low-quality traffic and scaling opportunities
Build source-wise and cohort-wise performance reports for internal and client reviews
Work closely with Client Success and BD teams on campaign feasibility, projections and media plans
Manage campaign pacing, bud
