We are hiring on behalf of our well-established client, a leading company in Process Equipment and EPC Projects.

Position: Sales & Marketing Engineer

n

Location: Pune

n

Experience: 2–6 Years

n

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Chemical / Mechanical / Biotech / Instrumentation

n

Role

n

Responsible for business development, customer engagement and sales of process equipment, skids and turnkey EPC solutions for API, Biotech, Specialty Chemical and Nutraceutical industries.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities.
n
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry customers.
n
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Process, Engineering and Proposal teams for technical-commercial solutions.
n
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
n
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits and technical discussions.
n




- Develop sales pipeline and ensure systematic follow-up from enquiry to order closure.
n
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences and other marketing activities.
n
- Monitor market trends, competitors and current business opportunities.
n
- Achieve assigned sales and order booking targets.
n

n

Preferred Exposure

n

Experience in process equipment, skids, turnkey projects, process plants, distillation, solvent recovery, biotech/API or chemical industries will be preferred.

n
