n We are looking for a seasoned Senior Textile Designer to lead creative direction and manage end-to-end design projects for global markets. This is a leadership role requiring robust design sensibility, team management, and buyer coordination skills.

n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead and manage the complete design & development lifecycle
n Mentor, guide, and delegate tasks to the design team effectively
n Plan and execute showroom presentations, trade fairs, and displays
n Oversee product profiling and photoshoots
n Collaborate closely with overseas buyers and suppliers
n Ensure alignment of design concepts with buyer requirements and market trends
n Strong leadership and people-management skills
n Hands-on experience with export house design processes
n Confident in buyer communication and presentation
