Job Description We are seeking an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee and manage Food & Beverage operations for Promoters
n and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. The role requires delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining the highest
n standards of service excellence, and ensuring a personalized dining experience with utmost professionalism and
n confidentiality.
n Key Responsibilities
n * Manage end-to-end F&B; operations for Promoters and UHNW guests.
n * Ensure world-class service standards and personalized guest experiences.
n * Plan and supervise daily dining operations, VVIP events, and special occasions.
n * Lead, train, and mentor the F&B; service team to deliver luxury hospitality standards.
n * Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, procurement,



and other support teams for seamless operations.
n * Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
n * Handle guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service protocols with discretion.
n * Monitor inventory and vendor coordination for smooth operations.
n * Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail always.
n Eligibility:
n * Graduate in Hotel Management (Mandatory).
n * Minimum 12 – 14 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations with luxury hotels.
n * Proven experience in managing VVIP & UHNW client services is highly preferred
