We are seeking a Tax Deputy Manager to join the 1120 Corporate Tax practice in Mumbai, Ahmedabad ,Hyderabad ,Bangalore location. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing setting and providing clients with exceptional services.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Delivering a full range of 1120 Corporate tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
n
- Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.
n
- Providing tax planning and reviewing tax returns.
n
- Review and managing of the Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law.
n
- Excellent opportunity to learn complex tax issues affecting US and Global Companies.

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
n
- 3+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience.
n

n

Required Skills

n

n
- CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent shall be an added advantage.
n
- Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts.
n
- Experience working with financial services clients.
n
