Job Description Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate
n Location: Andheri West - Mumbai
n Experience: 3–6 Years
n Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month

n About the Role
n We are looking for a hands-on Senior Sales Executive to drive sales, follow-ups and revenue for a growing real estate business.
n Key Responsibilities
n · Drive daily sales activities and achieve monthly targets.
n · Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into site visits and bookings.
n · Monitor and push Sales & Sourcing team members on their targets.
n · Track leads, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.
n · Keep CRM updated and maintain basic sales reports.
n · Identify pending opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
n · Coordinate with Marketing, Sourcing and internal teams to improve conversions.
n · Share daily/weekly sales performance updates with management.
n We Are Looking For
n · 3–6 years of hands-on sales experience.
n · Real Estate / Builder experience preferred.
n · Robust communication and follow-up skills.




n · Target-driven and proactive.
n · Good with basic Excel and CRM.
n · Someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
n · A go-getter who wants to grow with the business.

n · This role is not suitable for candidates looking for a back-office role.
n · Candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane preferred.
n · Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000/month + performance incentives.
