Job Description An architecture and engineering organisation in Bangalore is hiring a Senior Architect with 5–7 years of skilled experience to work on India-based residential and large-scale development projects. The role focuses on technical architectural documentation, master planning, detailed drawings, GFC documentation, and coordination during project execution. n The position requires an architect with practical experience in taking drawings from the design and documentation stage through to on-site execution, with the ability to coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and site teams and handling a team of 10-20 people. n Project Exposure n The role will primarily involve India-based projects, with exposure to: n n Large-scale residential developments n Residential townships and integrated developments n Master planning and large-scale site planning n Site development and associated architectural works n n Key Responsibilities n n Develop and coordinate architectural drawings from design development through project execution. n Prepare Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and detailed architectural documentation. n Develop master plan layouts and coordinate site planning requirements. n Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, and architectural details. n Review drawings for technical accuracy, coordination, and constructability. n Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other project requirements.



n Work with project teams to resolve technical and design-related issues during execution. n Conduct site visits to review implementation and support alignment with approved drawings. n Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams during project execution. n Review site conditions and provide architectural inputs for execution-related requirements. n Incorporate drawing revisions and maintain updated project documentation. n Support the project team in meeting documentation, quality, and project delivery timelines. n n Requirements n n Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) n 5–7 years of professional experience in architecture. n Strong technical experience in architectural documentation and detailing. n Hands-on experience preparing GFC drawings, detailed drawings, and master plan layouts. n Practical understanding of architectural construction and project execution. n Experience working on projects through the execution stage. n Ability to coordinate architectural drawings with consultants and site teams. n Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural design and documentation software. n Understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, materials, and building components. n Ability to review drawings for technical accuracy and coordination. n Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. n Ability to work on large-scale and technically detailed projects. n n Work Schedule n n Location: Horamavu, Bangalore n Working days: Monday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM) n
