Job Description We are hiring on behalf of our well-established client, a leading company in Process Equipment and EPC Projects. n n Position: Sales & Marketing Engineer n Location: Pune n Experience: 2–6 Years n Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Chemical / Mechanical / Biotech / Instrumentation n n Role n Responsible for business development, customer engagement and sales of process equipment, skids and turnkey EPC solutions for API, Biotech, Specialty Chemical and Nutraceutical industries. n Key Responsibilities n n Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities. n Develop and maintain relationships with key industry customers. n Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Process, Engineering and Proposal teams for technical-commercial solutions. n Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial negotiations. n Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits and technical discussions.



n Develop sales pipeline and ensure systematic follow-up from enquiry to order closure. n Participate in exhibitions, conferences and other marketing activities. n Monitor market trends, competitors and current business opportunities. n Achieve assigned sales and order booking targets . n n n Preferred Exposure n Experience in process equipment, skids, turnkey projects, process plants, distillation, solvent recovery, biotech/API or chemical industries will be preferred. n n Key Skills n n Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. n Technical understanding with commercial orientation. n Strong customer relationship and business development skills. n Willingness to travel. n Result-oriented and proactive approach. n n n Key KPIs n Lead generation | Customer acquisition | Enquiry conversion | Order booking | Sales pipeline | Customer development
