NLifetime Health Care Plusis digital first healthcare company providing nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving services. We're looking for a Healthcare Quality Manager to lead clinical quality, patient safety, and accreditation readiness for our operations.
NWhat you will do
n
- Build and run the clinical quality management system across nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving service lines.

- Lead incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and CAPA (corrective and preventive action) closure.
N
- Own NABH (or equivalent) accreditation readiness — documentation, SOPs, internal audits.
N
- Conduct clinical auditsand field spot-checks for protocol adherence.
N
- Track quality KPIs (incident rates,



audit scores, complaint resolution) and report to leadership.
N
- Manage infection control, biomedical waste, and safe storage/handling protocols for home-care settings.
N
- Ensure staff credentialing and mandatory certifications stay current and audit-ready.
NWhat we are looking for
N
- 5-8 years in healthcarequality, clinical governance, or accreditation (NABH/NABL) roles.
N
- Hands-on experience with incident investigation and CAPA processes.
N
- Working knowledge of NABH standards and statutory healthcare compliance.
N
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
