- Design, prepare, and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and interactive sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate management programs. N
- Utilize modern pedagogical techniques (e.G., case studies, simulations, experiential learning, and blended learning tools) tailored to business education. N
- Develop course syllabi,curriculum frameworks, and learning assessment methodologies in alignment with academic standards and industry needs. N
- Evaluate student performance fairly and constructively through assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations. N

n2. Research and Scholarly Activity

- Conduct high-quality, independent, and collaborative research in areas relevant to management and business studies. N
- Regularly publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed, high-impact journals (e.G., ABDC-listed, Scopus-indexed, or Web of Science). N




- Present research findings at national and international conferences, symposia, and academic workshops. N
- Actively seek external grants, corporate sponsorships, or funding for research projects where applicable. N
