NWe are looking for a CostController to join our Business Planning & Control team in Bengaluru.
NRequired Experience & Qualifications

- n
- CA Qualified / CAInter Qualified N
- 5+ years of relevant experience after CA Final / CA Inter N
- Required experience working with Indian clients and Indian accounts N
- Required experience working in a service-based company N
- Strong experience in Cost Control, OPEX, Budgeting & Forecasting, P&L; and Cost Optimization N
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets N
- Valuable understanding of Cost Centre, GL, Provisioning and Cost Apportionment N
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills N

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Drive cost control and support budget owners in staying within budgets N
- Conduct Actuals vs. Budget analysis and provide insights to stakeholders N




- Manage OPEX budgeting and rolling forecasts N
- Perform cost allocation/apportionment across LOBs N
- Identify and drive cost-saving and optimization initiatives N
- Support incentive provisioning and special project cost tracking N
- Ensure accurate cost booking and reporting N
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide financial insights for decision-making N
