We are seeking a driven and detail oriented Design Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping high precision, mission-critical systems for the semiconductor industry.
N n Key Responsibilities:
N n Project Planning &Execution;

- Lead end-to-end projectexecution ensuring delivery within timeline, cost, and scope
N
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and execution plans
N
- Monitor daily/weekly progress and ensure alignment with project targets
N
- Identify execution risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
N n Coordination & Stakeholder Management
N
- Act as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
N
- Coordinate effectively with design, procurement,



and site execution teams
N
- Conduct regular review meetings and progress discussions
N
- Ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholders
N n Resource & Team Management
N
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources effectively
N
- Lead and guide siteteams, engineers, and contractors
N
- Monitor team productivity and ensure efficient utilization
N
- Mentor junior engineersand build a performance-driven team setting
N n Project Monitoring& Control
N
- Track planned vs actual progress and highlight deviations
N
- Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and client updates
N
- Manage project budgets and cost control at execution level
N
- Handle scope changes and variation management
N n Quality & Safety Management
N
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications
N
- Monitor execution to minimize rework and errors
