NWe're looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) with robust conceptual thinking, hands-on creative leadership, and production experience, someone who can ideate, lead teams, and translate brand strategies into high-impact creative work across digital, social, and video platforms.
NKey Responsibilities
n1. Creative Strategy & Conceptualisation

- Lead creative ideation for brand campaigns, digital films, social content, and integrated brand experiences. N
- Work closely with the strategy, content, and account teams to translate brand objectives into powerful creative narratives. N
- Develop creative decks,campaign ideas, and visual storytelling routes that are both strategic and culturally relevant. N
- Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on involvement in scripting, copywriting, and art direction when required. N
n2. Team Leadership& Creative Direction

- Oversee a team ofwriters, designers,
and art directors to ensure creative consistency and excellence. N
- Guide and mentor juniorcreatives, providing clear direction and constructive feedback. N
- Ensure all work delivered is on-brand, on-brief, and meets our creative standards. N
- Review scripts, storyboards, campaign ideas, and final outputs before client presentations. N
n3. Production Collaboration

- Work closely withthe in-house production and post-production teams to bring creative ideas to life. N
- Participate in pre-production, casting, styling, and on-set creative supervision when required. N
- Ensure creative integrity during execution from script to final edit. N
- Collaborate with directors, DOPs, and editors to ensure the tone, look, and feel align with brand intent. N
