NAbout the Role
nIgnitic Ideas is looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer who is equally comfortable with motion graphics and graphic design.
NThe ideal candidate should be able to take a brief and independently create both animated/video content and high-quality static creatives for brands, campaigns and social media.
NKey Responsibilities

- Create AI-generated videos, AI-based visual content and seamless transition videos N
- Understand beat synchronization and edit videos in sync with music/audio N
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels and short-form videos N
- Design static social media creatives, carousels, banners and campaign creatives N
- Develop visual conceptsand execute them from idea to final output N
- Work on typography, layouts, compositions, transitions and visual storytelling N
- Create creatives for different digital platforms and formats N




- Maintain brand consistency across all designs N
- Collaborate with creative, content and digital marketing teams N
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines N

nRequirements

- N
- 2–4 years of experiencein motion graphics and graphic design N
- Robust command of AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator N
- Strong understanding ofgraphic design fundamentals N
- Good eye for composition, typography, colour and visual hierarchy N
- Good understanding of motion, transitions and visual storytelling N
- Ability to create both static and motion-based creatives independently N
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both graphic design and motion work N
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines N
