NKey Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for learner queries via email, ticketing systems, and other support channels. N
- Coordinate live online sessions, including scheduling, hosting, attendance tracking, recordings, and documentation. N
- Work closely with faculty, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery. N
- Maintain learner records, monitor engagement, and prepare weekly reports and dashboards. N
- Manage course delivery activities on the Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploads, assignments, and quality checks. N
- Support learner enrolment,



record management, and lifecycle activities through the ERP system. N
- Coordinate with contentand production teams to ensure timely publication of learning resources. N

- Bachelor's degreein any discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Management, Education, or a related field is an advantage. N
- 1–3 years of experiencein Programme Coordination, Academic Operations, Learner Support, Student Success, or Education Administration. N
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. N
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools. N
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Open edX) and ERP platforms is preferred. N
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. N
