NThis role will work closely with the leadership team to build an AI-first decision intelligence function that powers every major business decision across growth, operations, supply, partnerships, product, and finance.

N Business & Growth Analytics

- Own the analyticsagenda across the business N
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, monetization, and operational efficiency N
- Drive deep analysis of student journeys, booking funnels, cancellations, partner performance, and revenue drivers N
- Partner with leadershipon growth strategy, market expansion, and resource allocation decisions N
- Build frameworks for measuring business performance across countries, destinations, universities, and partner segments N
