NNewgen is seeking a motivated sales hunter to join our fast-paced, high-growth software Enterprise. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process from account identification, acquisition and sales closure. The person will drive, demonstrate and deliver Newgen's value proposition by leveraging industry best practices in the assigned countries in Africa region.

NQualification and Experience

- n
- Management and/ or engineer graduate with minimum 10 years' experience in solution sales N
- Must have experience inselling to C level in verticals like Banking/ financial sector/large Enterprises N
- Positive knowledge of banking and financial services domain and market drivers. N

nThe person will:

- n
- Generate Sales Lead, Build Pipeline, Convert Pipeline to Sales Numbers. N
- Develop and grow the Banking and financial sector business for Newgen products & solution N




- Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities, account mapping. N
- Create detailed, strategic target account plans to penetrate industry leading clients. N
- Think strategically about their client's business and avoid selling on a feature/function basis. N
- Understand how to position against competitors to become the only viable option. N
- Leverage cross-functional client and Newgen resources to successfully identify and drive sales campaigns. N
- . Collaborating closelywith our business development and pre-sales experts, you will prepare RFPs, deep dives, pitches and POCs and work towards closing 1+ million deals. N
- Perform in-depth clientand industry research to create compelling business cases and RFP responses. N
- . Manage & grow Newgen partner eco system in given set of countries in Africa N
