- Supervise and standardize curriculum development across all technical programs. N

- Promote project-based learning, outcome-based education (OBE), and NEP 2020 compliance. N

- Build a research-oriented workplace across technical departments. N

- FacilitateR&D; projects, patents, consultancies, and startup incubation. N

- n




- Support faculty and students in obtaining research grants from national and international agencies. N

- n
- Ensure alltechnical programs meet standards of AICTE, UGC, NBA, and NAAC. N

- n
- Manage institutional heads and support staff for seamless operation. N

- n
- Guide the recruitment of technical faculty as per AICTE norms. N

- n
- Encourage organization & participation in national conferences, symposiums, FDPs and tech fests like hackathons, coding contests, robotics clubs, and technology events. N

- Develop partnerships with industry for internships, placements, and sponsored research. N

- Ensure timely conduct of lectures, evaluations, exams, and academic counseling. N
