- :To handle complete Plant operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchase & Finance Functions N
- .Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market Demand and to meet the Budgeted volume N
- .Responsible for Delivering Quality product in the Market place N
- .Responsible for overall plant cost & Profitability N
- .Responsible for implementing systems & processes N
- .Responsible for Key Performance Indicators for the plant N
- .To maintain a cohesive& harmonious relationship in the plant team N




- .To Maintain and followthe inventory norms for RM/PM, Engineering & Finished goods N
- .To handle recent Projectsin the plant N
- .Responsible for the Safety of Employees & Assets of the organization N
- .Develop skill level ofthe plant employees and supporting them to achieve their targets N
- .Manufacturing Operations –Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply chain N
- .Detailed Technical knowhow of beverage manufacturing operations N
