- Oversee the entire admissions funnel, maintaining strong quality and conversion at every stage. N
- Lead, mentor, and develop the admissions team, owning performance management, capability building, and execution standards. N
- Partner closely with Marketing to optimize campaigns and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads. N
- Deliver a premium applicant experience through fast, personalized, and professional communication across all touchpoints. N
- Ensure rigorous evaluations through structured tests, interviews, and a standardized selection process. N
- Monitor admissions dashboards and data daily to identify gaps, improve funnel efficiency, and drive timely interventions. N
- Strengthen SOPs, documentation, and compliance frameworks to ensure consistency and process discipline. N
