NSignature Dwellings is expanding its channel sales team in South Bengaluru. We‘re hiring Sales Sourcing Managers who bring an established channel partner network and a track record of converting that network into quality, site-visit-ready leads in residential real estate.

nWhat You‘ll Do
N
- n
- Build and grow a network of channel partners (brokers, consultants, referral agents) across South Bengaluru N
- Generate and qualify leads through your partner network N
- Drive quality site visits and support the sales team through to conversion N
- Manage partner relationships end-to-end - onboarding, activation, and retention N




- Track and deliver against sourcing/lead generation targets N

nWhat We‘re Looking For

- n
- 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate sales or channel sourcing N
- An active, working channel partner network N
- Proven sourcing and lead generation track record N
- Target-driven mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills N
- Based in or willing to work across South Bengaluru N
