Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to manage routine accounting activities and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of basic accounting principles, positive numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including tracking outstanding payments.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly closing, MIS reporting, and financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for accounting-related requirements.




- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of financial records.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred
- Experience in a FinTech, SaaS, or technology company is an added advantage.
- Candidates with hands-on experience managing end-to-end routine accounting activities will be preferred.
