nThe Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and maintaining accurate data management.

- Lead Generation: N
- Conduct Outbound calls to create interest and schedule meetings for field sales teams. N
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information, assessing their needs, and identifying potential interest in our offerings. N
- Educate prospects aboutour products/services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions. N
- Maintain a database of potential customers and their contact information for future follow-ups and nurturing. N
- Cold Calling: N
- Initiate contact with prospective customers through cold-calling efforts to introduce our company and offerings. N




- Engage in effective communication to build rapport, address any concerns, and generate interest in our products/services. N
- Follow a script or a set of guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication with prospects. N
- Handle objections and rejections professionally, seeking opportunities to convert leads into sales opportunities. N
- Data Management and Reporting: N
- Accurately record and maintain lead information, call details, and customer interactions in the CRM system or any designated database. N
- Generate regular reports on call activities, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics as required. N
- Analyze data and trendsto identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize lead generation efforts. N

nQualifications
nHigh school diploma or equivalent;
a degree in business ora related field is preferred.
