NRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Payment Operations Manager to lead end-to-end
Nbanking payment operations, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, service
Nquality, and customer satisfaction.
NKey Responsibilities
n
- Manage end-to-end Payment Operations covering ACH, Wire, SWIFT, Fedwire,
NCheques, and Lockbox.
n
- Oversee payment processing, repairs, investigations, reconciliations,
Nclaims, adjustments, and servicing.
N
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, ACH/NACHA, Fedwire,
Nsanctions/OFAC, and risk controls.
N
- Lead and develop teams,drive operational performance, and manage
Ntransitions/change initiatives.
N
- Partner with senior stakeholders to establish operational goals, processes, and




Nservice standards.
n
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency, quality, and
Ncustomer experience.
nKey Requirements
N
- 10–14 years of experience in Banking/Payment Operations;
leadership
nexperience preferred.
N
- Solid knowledge of domestic & international payments, Cheques, and
NLockbox Operations.
n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder
Nmanagement skills.
n
- Strong understanding of payment systems, controls, and regulatory
Nrequirements.
n
- B.Com / Accountancy background preferred.

- Flexible to work US/Rotational shifts and extend hours during transition.
