Job DescriptionRole Summary
NThe KST Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Kitchen Support Team (KST) at Food Whisperer. The role will ensure smooth kitchen operations through effective manpower deployment, hygiene and sanitation, timely support to the culinary team, and adherence to Food Whisperer's operational and safety standards.

- Supervise day-to-day activities of the Kitchen Support Team as per operational requirements N
- Allocate KST manpower across kitchen areas based on workload and business requirements N
- Ensure timely availability of clean utensils, equipment, workstations, and other kitchen support requirements N
- Coordinate with Chefs and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations N
- Monitor cleaning, washing, waste disposal, and other kitchen support activities N
- Ensure proper handling,movement, and storage of kitchen equipment and materials N




- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the required timelines N
- Support the team duringpeak hours, special events, and high-volume operations N

nTeam Management

- Supervise, guide,and monitor KST members on a daily basis N
- Prepare and manage dutyrosters and shift allocations N
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline of KST employees N
- Ensure adequate manpower availability across shifts and escalate shortages to the reporting manager N
- Conduct on-the-job training for new and existing KST employees N
- Ensure employees followassigned responsibilities and operational SOPs N
- Address day-to-day employee concerns and escalate disciplinary or performance-related issues when required N
- Build teamwork, discipline, and a positive working workplace within the KST N
