NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE).
NThe ideal candidate should have a robust combination of functional consulting, solution design, CRM configuration, customization, technical development, integrations, and stakeholder management skills. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate business processes into Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. N
- Provide techno-functional recommendations and participate in solution design. N
- Configure and customizeDynamics 365 CRM including entities/tables,



forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, Business Process Flows, and security roles. N
- Design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. N
- Develop and customize CRM components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom APIs, Custom Actions, and workflows. N
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems. N
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Functions, webhooks, and integration platforms. N
- Perform Dataverse data modelling, relationship management, security configuration, and data management. N
- Analyze existing CRM implementations and recommend improvements and best practices. N
- Prepare functional and technical design documents, solution specifications, user stories, process flows, and technical documentation. N
